Vehicles are parked strictly at owner's risk. Owners can pay by money order, e-transfer (to admin@nbcfamily.ca), e-mail, or in person. Personal cheques will be accepted in person ony and must be from the owner's account. Cash will not be accepted under any cirumstances. If payment is made monthly, it is due on or before the first business day of each month. Failure to pay will be considered a violation of our agreement and will result in vehicles being towed at the expense or their owners. All payments should be made payable to Northminster Baptist Church, at the following address: 1725 Finch Avenue West Toronto, ON M3N 1M6 Receipt of payment or NBC Parking Sticker must be clearly displayed on the dashboard of the vehicle. All vehicles without current receipt or parking sticker will be considered as being parked illegally. All illegally parked vehicles will be reported to the Toronto Police and towing company to be towed at vehicle owner's expense. The Board of Directors of Northminster Baptist Church reserves the right to change the rules, regulations and parking fee at any time without notice. READ AND AGREE *
Completion of this form, with the following statement checked, will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and that the terms are applicable to the use of the parking lot. This contract will be considered to be signed on today's date (Friday, October 11th, 2024).
